Complimentary Consultation
During this introductory interview you and I will meet and decide if we are a good match for one another. We will discuss what your needs are from a birth doula, and what your plans are for birth. This consult is virtual over video and is free of charge.
SERVICES:

Pregnancy Support
Upon signing the contract, I am here for support throughout your pregnancy, every step of the way. I am available via phone, email, and text to answer any questions or concerns you might have. This includes providing daily pregnancy affirmations, monthly pregnancy related emails full of information to help you plan and prepare for your baby.
2 Prenatal Meetings
During these prenatal meetings we will talk about how your pregnancy is going, options for labor and birth, your preferences and goals, comfort measures and what to expect–so that you can stay calm and confident during your birthing time.

Labor and Birth Support
At 2 weeks prior to your due date, I will be on call, once you are in established labor I will meet you at your chosen location, whether it be the hospital, birth center, or your home*midwife must be present in home*. As labor progresses, my role is to provide you with empowerment, information, comfort and support and to remain by your side. Once your baby is born, I will stay for at least one more hour to assist with your baby’s first feeding.

Postpartum Follow-Up Visit
After you settle in at home as a new family, we will schedule a postpartum home visit. During this time, I will check in with you to see how you are doing both physically and emotionally and discuss how you feel about your birth experience. We will also talk about how breastfeeding is going, and I will answer any newborn care questions you may have. Close out our time together.
